My wife and I have stayed there 2 times, we have stayed at several other hotels on and off the island, Best Western Plus is our favorite. The staff are the friendliest i have ever meet. The hotel is super clean and well maintained. The beds are very comfortable and the rooms are not to small. Its only a very short distance from islnd center and has alot of places near by to eat and get supplies you need. We look forward to spending more time there
The best part of my stay at the Best Western was the front desk receptionist Pam. She was phenomenal and her customer service was outstanding! Pam was so kind and her respect for the guests staying at the hotel is not one you see often. Being that I and my family are Muslim, we have certain religious obligations to uphold which can be tricky. Pam was extremely accommodating to our needs and went above and beyond to ensure that we are comfortable. She made our stay at the Best Western one that we will never forget! GIVE PAM A RAISE!!!
Was a little pricey but for the area understand, need a little paint on the door you can see the paint chipping but it is very centralized to everything you need to get to
The water in the pool could be a bit warmer. Other than that, a wonderful hotel - feels more like a resort. Liked it so much that we extended our stay.
We were just reminiscing about our trip here last year. What a wonderful experience. Nice staff, comfortable and clean rooms, and that amazing gazebo hot tub! We can't wait to come back.
