This place is never really crowded which is nice and allows for a speedy visit unlike the Brunswick store. Brandon, Sebastian, and Rachel are very polite and knowledgeable. All of them are great which is why my family continues coming to this store.

I changed plans as well as removing a line and then adding 2 more. I was assured numerous times before leaving the store by the store manager that my overall bill would not increase. Come to find out that the cancelled line unknown to me had an installment remainder of over 200 dollars.I
Also found out that I had line access fees that increased by 20 to 25 dollars per line. This resulted in a net monthly bill increase of 50 dollars or more per month. I was not informed of these. Over a month has passed and I am still working on a remedy. Noone will give me access to speak to the boss of the store manager. I am still trying but they delay and delay.
Brandon listened to my needs and saved me some money putting me on the new rate plan which allowed me to use my hotspot while my home Internet was out. He was a lifesaver.
These people at the AT&T store on the island are scammers I was there for 3 hrs and ended up leaving the store with no phone and money taken from my account they never refunded my money and when I called about it hung up in my face. They also called the cops after I asked for a receipt
