Being placed in a villa of the '700 manages to combine the beauty and tradition of history with modern technologies and services that are offered. The workstations made available are in silent, reserved offices and placed in a "contaminating" context thanks to the initiatives being promoted and to the sharing that is lived in the common spaces.
I can't recommend Immobiliare Bardolino highly enough. Between them Giovanni and Claudio speak fluent English and German and dealt with all aspects of my purchase in a friendly and professional manner. Many times they did more than the essentials and ultimately made buying a property in Italy easier than my experience of buying in England. They coordinated all the legal work with the 'Notaio' and even drove me there for the signing while providing translation in addition to that of the official translator. They acted on behalf of the seller and myself with the outcome being that both sides found the process very straight forward and stress free.
Immobiliare Bardolino also offer an 'after sales service' whereby they can action regular bills on the clients behalf and they can also coordinate any property improvements with local builders and businesses. This is especially useful for overseas buyers. I am using them for both of these services and they've been just as good as they were for the purchase itself.
