This is a great office space. We use it for Strom Law Firm's satellite office in Brunswick. The office is very professionally decorated, the conference room rivals those of the best law firms in town, and the all-inclusive pricing helps budgeting. I will also say that the property managers really care about this place and are very responsive to any tenant needs. They want us to succeed here and have helped organize networking events to help us grow our businesses. I highly recommend checking the building out.
Having an office at the Wick has been a very pleasant experience! Management is so easy to work with and they are always helpful! During this virus, they are doing excellent at keeping the building clean and making the tenants as well as visitors fell safe! Love working at the Wick!
I have been at the Wick for 3 years now and love my space! A mixture of small businesses which is unique. Everyone is friendly. The common areas are kept clean and important during the CoVid times we are having.
Coastal Coalition for Children has been at the Wick for a year and could not be more pleased. The building is beautiful, yet practical. It is convenient for our staff and our visitors. Management of the building has always been proactive in helping us and quickly reactive if we need anything related to the facility. We have terrific neighbors in the building as well. All around awesome!
