My time at Soar Co-Working has been a fantastic experience. It has given me a place to focus on starting a business without the expense of leasing office space. The rates are very affordable and there are all the amenities you could want. Private offices, dedicated and open desks, meeting rooms, break room, Internet, coffee... plus snacks! This place is a lifesaver! When our internet unexpectedly went down at our home office, John came to our rescue with this perfect solution! We were able to use the conference center for a private coaching call we would have had to cancel otherwise. Allie even let us stay after hours to make sure our zoom call recording uploaded. Great Experience!
As a first timer of Industrious, the second I walked through the door, I was greeted by the kindest people, Casey and Caroline. Casey was kind enough to give me a tour of the entire space and I was absolutely stunned. There is a space upstairs where they serve breakfast each morning and happy hour two days a week (no, I am not kidding). This bar area is also stocked with snacks, ice cold drinks, coffee, tea and more. All of these amenities are included in your membership. Yes, you heard that right. NO EXTRA CHARGE. There are tons of spaces throughout the two floors where you can lounge, relax or carry on conversation. These spaces are my personal favorite because it allows you to step out of your office and take a quick break during your day. Need to really clear your head after a stressful conference call? There are two rooms, one on each floor, where you can go and totally get your zen on. I can't fail to mention the VIEWS!!!! Whether you are in an inside office, or an office facing the city or water, the views are incredible. Tons of natural light. AMAZING! Industrious literally thought of everything to make a workspace comfortable, quiet and productive. I would recommend this place to everyone. It is truly, top-notch and I couldn't dream of a better place to work out of.
WOW! I visited this space with friends who belong. I was so very impressed with how clean, organized, well supplied, etc. it was. So much space and so many options of equipment, classes, ideas. If I lived nearby I would certainly check out becoming a member.
RTIC is clean, spacious, and accommodating. It's has several amenities to support it's business owners. They make efforts to be inclusive and serve our diverse community. RTIC has been gracious in their support of Action Zone and our mission to serve the veteran and milspouse entrepreneurs of Tampa Bay by providing classroom space when needed and free co-working every Monday to veteran and military family entrepreneurs.
I came in on no notice due to an unplanned power outage at my house, and Faith and Tony were able to accomodate me. They were super helpful and the space had everything I need to get my work done and make my lunch. I would definitely recommend this place and will use them for any of my future co-working space needs.
Pipeline Tampa Coworking is the perfect location to grow my business. It's in the heart of downtown Tampa where I'm in the middle of everything happening. The meeting space is professional and clean. The staff go above and beyond to provide me the services required to run a successful business. I also love working among other business owners, as it provides me a way to network daily. The Location, the staff and the amenities at signature workspace alone would be worth a five star review. However, I would love to add a note that the tenants involved in this co-op workspace are an amazing group of people. Very friendly, welcoming and love networking. The staff is always there to help out if you need anything and are very happy to introduce everyone in the workspace together. I would highly recommend anyone that needs a one stop solution for a small business to give this place a look.
Both the Tara's that work here are very welcoming and are always on top of any needs that the tenants bring to their attention. The office is always clean and well kempt. Thanks again for welcoming us to your great space and we look forward to working here for the foreseeable future.
Signature Workspace Northdale is a perfect location for doing business, meeting people and having an office. The office space is attractive and spotlessly clean with lots of amenities, such as private offices, a coffee bar, mail boxes for virtual tenants, office equipment for shared use, private meeting areas and conference rooms. The team which manages the workspace is incredibly responsive to tenant requests and it is an enjoyable place to be with friendly people. The location off Dale Mabry in Northdale is very convenient. I am very happy with the services I receive. It is a truly 5 Star operation!
I've been a virtual member at CWT since 2017. The office space provided has always been great but I've watched the CWT continue to make additional improvements over the years. While I'm a virtual member, I have never felt like a second-class citizen. If I have any questions or need any assistance the team at CWT is very responsive. I believe I'm getting great service at a reasonable price. I definitely recommend CWT especially to young start-ups in the Tampa Bay area that want to be close to the Downtown TB business ecosystem but aren't looking to pay downtown prices. CoWork Tampa is a great place to be!
Spacious, clean and modern. Easy to get lost since directory in the lobby looks like a jumble of corporate logos without suite numbers. This can be because company offices are usually expanding or changing; the directory would have to be updated almost daily.
If you are lost there are friendly people who can show you the way.
Set and Setting- Located right in the heart of a district known for both business and creativity this coffee shop caters to both. As far as space crafting goes this place has it down. The size and spacing of the work tables is perfect for anything from a meeting to sitting down with a book. You can choose from a private room, large and small community tables (indoor and out), quiet desks or couches with coffee tables. Should also mention the design and decor of all of these nooks are pleasing and modern.
The Food and Drink- They have a unique and well curated selection of local teas and pastries as well as delicious coffee. It's all presented well.
The Service - always pleasant, always helpful, knowledgeable, presentable.
The only two bits of criticism I have for this business is that it is still using plastic cups even for drinks being drank in house. Disappointed a modern and forward thinking place like this hasn't replaced more of their SINGLE USE items. Also have to point out that they don't have an option to recycle.
Secondly they keep the place so cold I've had to remember to pack a sweatshirt and usually have to leave before I'd like to to warm up my feet. Easy fixes though! I'll continue to bring my own cup, socks and sweater for now to enjoy everything Station House has to offer!
I have been a tenant at Signature WorkSpace Paramount for over seven years and I could not be happier! The building itself is modern, clean, and convenient, and the staff (including Holly, the manager, and Tina, the receptionist) are as nice and as helpful as you could possibly wish for. There is a good sense of community here as well, with periodic events that help bring the tenants together. I heartily recommend this place!
Very clean and professional facility, with great owners! We use this location and we know several other businesses that do too. If you are looking for a commissary in the Tampa area, look no more! EZ Pro Kitchen is hands down the best value.
Blockspaces owners Gabe and Rosa are absolutely fantastic and so are the community members! Look no further, Blockspaces is the epicenter of cryptocurrency adoption and blockchain innovation in the entire Tampa Bay Area. Have no fear if you know very little about the emerging future of Blockchain because Blockspaces and the entire community is a fantastic place to learn and grow your future. Wow. I was just visiting their the other day with two of my girl friends, and this place is beautiful, but most importantly they have the nicest front desk girl ever. She made the whole experience really quite wonderful! I will definitely be adding this co-working location to my circuit.
