Myoffice located at Baysquare is a great place to rent office space. Whether you are small startup business or as local branch office for a large corporation.
Its has a convenient location , professional atmosphere, and friendly experienced staff make it a truly pleasant work environment.
The premises are well maintained regularly cleaned and offers a secure safe environment . Underground parking with easy access is available and the many local shops and hotel make it very convenient.

Highly recommended. Perfect for my phone and mail management and Co-working space which is quiet and helps me complete my freelance work. I also use them from time to time for meetings as they have meeting rooms. Very professional and make you feel relaxed.
I have been using TEC in Many cities for around two years now and am extremely happy with the service provided. As I spend a lot of time out of Dubai it is very reassuring to know that my interests are being taken of while I am away. The staff are very attentive and conscientious and I agree totally with other reviewers who have said that this is the best serviced office provider. Totally recommended!
Working from co-working spaces has never been more convenient! I just got a Flexi membership, and was amazed by the amazing cafes at Letswork, and the perks included when you check in, including the unlimited free coffee, makes working so much more fun!

The best place for Tech companies specially startup to work. In my opinion its the great community, and family-like feeling while interacting with other member is one of big factors to stay loyal. The facilities, friendly staff, educational events that you get a lot of new information from the their content is what that make them different.
One of the most friendly and artistically designed clerking space I have seen. It's well located in a tower with easy access and with parking facilities. There are regular event and workshops organized in this coworking space. I am a regular visitor at the place for events organized by the IT division of Al That group.

Great co-working space. Nice and quiet ambiance. Clean toilets. RTA parking available at the building (be careful not to park in reserved/permit parking slots). Less than 1 min walk to the Dubai Tram.

only reason for 4 stars is because the office space for flexi desk startups is quite meh. seats are uncomfortable and not a lot of natural lighting.
We used their services for a year without any complains. A location worth to be shared with your clients with prestige. Hassle free coordination for any business needs. Would definitely recommend if anyone is looking to get an edge over from your clients and also to achieve your own satisfaction.
I am, to be honest, happy and satisfied with Austria Business Center's employees. Especially to Ate Cindy, Bijoy, Julian and Joel. These people are all professionals in their field. I really would recommend their business center as they will always exceed your expectation when it comes to their service. They are very well organized and always ready to help and assist us. I recently found out that they've actually moved from Downtown to Business Bay, Prime tower. The real charm for me at this new location was all the different dynamics involved; art, co-working and great coffee in one place. Personally, I think that's the perfect blend for harnessing deep creative work. Oh, did I mention that parking is absolutely not an issue here!
