Our company has been working out of the MakeOffices at the Wharf for a few months now and we love it! The staff are very friendly and there is a feeling of community with others who work there. The office is also close to all the Wharf amenities, which is convenient and helpful.

MakeOffices is great for growing small businesses. The space is modern and clean. There are plenty of conference rooms and the booking system is simple. The podcast studio is a great touch and we've already recorded several episodes there. Management is great and always very friendly. Overall great experience.
My firm has been a client of MakeOffices for nearly a year and could not be happier with the company's services and locations. The Wharf location is definitely a jewel amongst the many spaces that the MakeOffices operates. Great location in a very popular part of DC with tons of things to do and places to eat nearby. The office space itself is beautiful with plenty of well-appointed meeting rooms and terrific amenities as well as an in-house podcast recording studio that is operated with the assistance of the very helpful people at Goat Rodeo (a podcast production company) that our firm has used to run their podcast operations. Most importantly, the team that manages the MakeOffices locations is outstanding. They are great to work with and incredibly helpful and responsive to their clients' needs and requests (this is true of all the MakeOffices locations' staff in addition to the Wharf specifically). I highly recommend the Wharf and MakeOffices overall!
This place is simply bananas! Awesome space to work and grow. Prices is great for the value your getting. Our team loves this place. What more can I say about the awesome management here, Dennis and his team gives us weekly networking events, free food, happy hours, and so much more. The leadership team just shows us how the appreciate us being a client with them! That matters a lot.
