The space is beautiful, clean and quiet. Pirro is an amazing host and makes you feel right at home. He even carried my bike up and down the stairs for me (before they installed bike racks on the lower level). Their price points for a co-working space can't be beat and It's a true haven in the midst of the crazy city!
I’m currently looking for a co-working space and was happy to stumble upon the Yard. It is very well located in between two amazing neighborhoods and lots of great restaurants. The space is humble, friendly staff, and well priced. It might be due for a renovation when compared with others that I have seen, but no complaints.
Such helpful and nice people there. I was on set, wrapped and waiting for my ride ~ and raining and phone dead. The gal was so sweet and let me use the phone. It's moments like that really restores my faith and love in just mankind in general. Thank you
I'm a director/editor and worked out of PencilWorks for just under a year. It was the perfect space for my edit workstation, with ample room for two computers and a bunch of hard drives.
The shared area has two things that are essential to most workspaces: coffee and printers. The community at PencilWorks is positive and energetic, while respecting each person's work day. Nathan, the community developer at PW, was always quick to respond to any questions or needs that arose.
I now work from home, but if I ever need a workspace again, I'll return to PencilWorks.
I’ve been here for a couple of months now and my office feels like a first home (that’s how much I’m here!). I have met some radical floor mates who really make me feel like I’m part of a great community. Courtney and Alex, the building managers are great. Super friendly and always willing to assist.
I can't say enough about this incredible work space! James and Fanny are not only wonderful owners, who have created a professional, beautifully designed and welcoming workplace, they have become dear friends throughout the past few years my team and I have been members. I am so grateful for the community support at TNWP and will remain a loyal member for years to come!!
Can't say enough about how great it is to work here! Even during COVID it has been both safe and welcoming. Lot's of open space, everything is socially distanced and everyone masks up.
The natural lighting, overhead lighting, decor and plants give the place an atmosphere that makes me want to come to the office.

As a preferred vendor for the rooftop event space, it's ideal to have our office here - we love giving site tours for potential weddings and events, and providing rental equipment.
Our team has been here for two years now and we've had a great experience with the space (productive work environment, conference room bookings, printing, and storage). The building staff are attentive to our needs and assist to the best of their abilities. Location is also incredible - Domino Park is basically the backyard to this building. Love the views and the neighborhood! Our only request would be to have more community events.
Fantastic coworking space in Brooklyn - it's very easy to get work done here. The space itself is beautiful with great lighting, clean lines, and unique artwork. And the staff makes you feel right at home :)
This space is super sweet! We love photographing weddings at Bat Haus. It's a super intimate event space that allows for a small and special wedding. The sparkly lights that hang from the ceiling make the perfect backdrop for your photos, and the neighborhood is a lot of fun for after-parties.
