One of a kind simply wonderful

Original brick & wood interior gives the space an old world vibe. The oblong warehouse is surrounded by cute cafes, boutiques, art venues on cobblestone streets. It's the waterfront side with ferry & great NYC views a few blocks away. I was there for a movie shoot and found lots of electric outlets.

The flower show going on here was amazing. Cheers to st Germaine. Wonderful and accessible neighborhood.

Great place for a huge party. A few blocks from the NYC ferry and close to other trsnsport.

Was here for an awards show by Stuart cinema loved the feeling of this place.
