architecture qui interpelle

It is a district full of works and in perpetual evolution. Better to have a good map with you if you venture into this area, or a regularly updated GPS, otherwise getting around can quickly become a real hassle, both on foot and by car. For now, town planning seems to be doing a bit of rubbish and it lacks unity. There are magical places, like the Cité du Vin or, to a lesser extent, Las Halles de Bacalan. There are other places that are a little grim, in ruins and to be rebuilt. If one wants to visit the place, it must be done with a good guide, who is also notions of the history of this place.
