The Lidl in Ostseebad Wustrow has been built relatively new. There is a large parking lot in front of Lidl. Bottles can be left in a separate room to the left of Lidl. Directly to the left of the main entrance there is a bakery, which does not belong to Lidl.
You can use large and small shopping carts.
The inside is quite spacious and you can buy everything there that you are used to from Lidl. Right at the beginning there is also fresh baked goods.
In the summer months or during holiday periods it is often very crowded due to tourism. Fortunately, the waiting times are very short, as a new cash register is usually opened immediately. The staff is very friendly and helpful. In the main tourist season, however, it is often heavily overloaded / understaffed and the tone can sometimes be a bit more monosyllabic. Also here and there a price tag is missing or a special offer is not recorded in the scanner checkout.
You can pay cashless at the cash register and using the Lidl Plus app is no problem either.
Oh yes, there is always a very nice selection of fresh cut flowers.
Great when you drive extra miles for an article from an advertisement and it is not there.
And why it is mandatory to wear a mask in the fresh air in the parking lot does not make sense to me either. Thanks for nothing.
