Our company has been working out of the MakeOffices at the Wharf for a few months now and we love it! The staff are very friendly and there is a feeling of community with others who work there. The office is also close to all the Wharf amenities, which is convenient and helpful.
I lived at Camden for two years and never had any issues. The obvious things with the building are great- the views and rooftop especially. I thought noise would be an issue being so close to the nats stadium but it wasn’t.
My biggest take on my stay at Camden was on the staff. The Matinence team was so incredibly helpful. Replacing and fixing things usually on the day I put the request in. Jose always went above and beyond to make sure the building was working properly and no issues in my apartment. As well as all of the cleaning staff, and concierge (Frank, Carolyn, Cathy specifically) I’ll miss my apartment and would recommend anyone to stay here.
The place is beautiful and picturesque. Great for strolling, walking, dining, or just to enjoy the area. Sidewalks and pathways are clean. Few benches remain. Masks recommended while walking around. Underground parking available at an hourly rate.
