Reviews from visitors:
This is a great hotel. They have several restaurants, huge pool with waterside and 2 hot tubs. Torch lit pathway for evenings strolls. A tram service that takes you to every part of this spacious hotel and different towers. Friendly helpful staff and beautiful views everywhere you look.
Property was nice. Room was great. It was a free upgrade which we really appreciated!
A coupe things, the front door striker plate was very loose as both screws were stripped and sticking out, preventing the front door from closing. Took about 10 minutes to fix well enough so the door could close.
Second issue was the faucet cold water handle. Was leaking all over the counter.
Other then that, was a great stay.
Beautiful Resort with plenty of activities for everyone even during Covid. Elizabeth at the front desk was there to assist whenever we had questions. Hotel is in a perfect area with shops and places to eat. If you would like to try and snorkel they have a little bay that is really good for first timers. They have dolphins on property that you can watch along with plenty of swimming areas. This is where we will be staying on our next trip.
Stayed for two weeks end of Jan. The overall facilities are a bit dated but in good condition. They have established some good COVID protocols that made me feel safe (it also seemed 99% of people were complying). Overall service was attentive especially at the front desk and concierge. Sadly only a few of their restaurants/bars were open due to the pandemic and housekeeping was only on request (the right thing to do and I am supportive - sad because it takes away the full experience)
Can’t believe this is a 4 star hotel.
Beach is good which is the only advantage of the resort.
Building and rooms desperately need renovation. Carpets are way too old. Not clean. Furniture is old.
I have been at 2 star hotels which are miles better (e.g. Holiday inn) in other states.
I booked this hotel to treat myself and found it below average and is definitely light years from being a 4 star hotel and resort.
Oh and let us not forget the $37/day parking fee.
