Excellent management. Comfy rooms. We got there in the evening along with a snowstorm. The night manager on the weekend was super friendly. Our car got stuck on some ice entering the parking lot and the manager was quick to arrive with a bucket of salt and shovel. He dug the snow out for us! All in all made us feel welcome. I didnt get the managers name but all our commendations go to him. I will be sure to book another room here again just to say thanks to the nice manager.
Part of me hesitates to give a review for this hotel as its one of the best kept secrets in downtown Victoria. Not only are they very centrally located to all tourists attractions but is on average 40% cheaper than its competitors. Add the fact you can get rooms with kitchenettes, this hotel is a great family oriented place. Be sure to book ahead as availability is limited.

Do not stay Quality Inn ever
Good location. Room was clean. Front desk staff was very friendly.
One thing to note is that the room did not have air conditioning and it did get warm. There are windows that open but had no screens, and there was a small fan that I found in the closet as an alternate.

I was told at check in that I couldn't leave the dogs by themselves in the room and had to take them if I went out (???) If I'm travelling and I get a hotel is exactly because I have to to something in town and I cannot bring the dogs with me or leave them in the hot car. Especially in the summer... It doesn't say anything when you are booking through here... I always read the small print to make sure. Be aware of this policy if you are bringing your pet!!! All of the other hotels I have stayed never said that
