Venise city is absolutely gorgeous and soulful. San Cassiano hotel will set your mind to feel the city. Lovely authentic hotel.....with such bargained prices during covid time.
We stayed for our anniversary and the level of care provided by the employees was the best I have ever received at a hotel. They were so helpful, accommodating, and friendly. The night shift employee went above and beyond in making sure our late arrival was smooth. I would definitely stay again when visiting Venice.
Wonderful location and I was so lucky to receive a free upgrade to a front room with amazing views of the Grand Canal, there's a seating area on the the wooden landing stage where you can have a drink from the bar and enjoy the view if your room is not at the front. Lots of Venetian glass, antiques and paintings, some of which are for sale. Saff attentive, pleasant and helpful. I have visited Venice about 15 times and this is the best room I've ever had. I will definitely be coming back.
Staff were lovely and helpful to me.
They always had a quick response when I message and also cheaper than I thought it would be.
Only thing is the fridge in room was only on when I was in room as you need the card to turn on power so nothing really was chilled enough and it was too noisy for sleep so had unplug it.
The rest was great.
It was very good, the staff were helpful and friendly, The room was clean, the bed was comfortable. Very good location it is close to the attractive pleases.
Nice view, and also the breakfast was excellent.
