The place has great potential and vibe. However, it lacks the main and key points to be a great CO-working space (ie: enough and close plugs, comfy chairs).
There is no kitchen, only a fridge, microwave and desk.
The only running water is in the bathroom.
At night a spirit off the slippers.
At least the location is good.
He needs an upgrade to the falling desks and chairs that have run their time.
In winter it is always cold and in summer always hot. If you like working with a jacket and having frozen feet, this is for you.
Set of offices very well organized ... beautiful also the image .. attention to detail ... it gives security as if it were just one large studio ... very valid and above all pleasant ...
Definitely a place to find talented people in innovative companies and offers a low cost solution compared to a classic office.
However, if we compare the quality of the spaces and equipment with the other co-workings, it is not a competitive structure in my opinion.
In particular, the spaces are very small and the meeting rooms are limited. It is easy to disturb each other as it is a single open space.
The kitchen corresponds only to a family-sized fridge (therefore like the one we could find at home on average), there is an electric oven and a microwave.
The rooms are sufficiently clean apart from the bathroom. I always found the bathroom dirty, there is always no paper to dry your hands and the furniture is practically non-existent.
In short, light years away from what could be a WeWork for example, with surfaces above 3k meters on several floors with full kitchen and free buffet, area with telephone booths for calls, breathtaking terrace with hammocks and dining area ... and much more. In short, a dream.
I hope that these types of complete co-working, design and avant-garde complementary services will arrive in Italy soon.
