I highly recommend this place.
This co-working space is absolutely great. I have been using this office for almost 3 months as a dedicated desk member. Here are my observations:
(1) The general manager, Lynn, is very friendly and helpful. You feel that you are a part of the community on your first day.
(2) The office is bright, spacious, clean and safe.
(3) We have many options for our calls/meetings such as meeting rooms, telephone rooms, so no one distracts each other. That’s why we can work productively. There is also soft music on the background, which helps me to relax and focus on work.
(4) All members are warm and friendly, also respectful to each other.
(5) They sometimes organize events for members such as pizza day, escape room, etc. These events allow you to engage with different people from different backgrounds and also to have fun.
(6) The location is Gastown (what else can I say, it is beautiful!) There are many coffee shops and restaurants around, so having a short break during lunchtime changes your mood immediately.
I have been a member since May and I am confident there is no better place in Vancouver to work, especially right now. Clean, airy, and incredibly pleasant. Take your pick of seats from a wide open communal space with ample distance between members or find yourself a quiet comfy nook.The Werklab community is incredibly welcoming, respectful, and hardworking! The Werklab team is very responsive to any questions or concerns members may have and I am 100% confident this establishment will help us thrive during these challenging times.
After trying out just about every coworking space & accelerator in Vancouver the last decade...I can confidently say that this is the biggest gem in terms of value and being around people who have your best interests at heart. The location is unbeatable and it has everything you need for space, desks, Meeting rooms, and a great kitchen. Highly recommended you get a tour before they fill up.
Creative Coworkers is the best co-working space in Vancouver. Totally relaxed but professional vibe, you don't feel awkward to ask your colleague a question or sneeze! D, the manager of the space, is a dream to work with and there is a lovely, friendly community of creatives, entrepreneurs and established businesses with fantastic resources in the separate photo studio and audio booth. If you like the European style of co-working spaces, this is definitely the place for you. There is standing and sitting desks, a lovely kitchen area, and even a swing and a hammock - both excellent places to think through your creative ideas.
The Network Hub is home to some of the most helpful and friendly people. The space and the staff played an essential role in our early success as a startup.
Would definitely recommend to other startups looking for an affordable space in Downtown!
Great non profit and volunteer run makerspace. Decent selection of tools, well equipped welding shop and a friendly community. Worth checking out on Tuesday night open house.
I've been working at Suite Genius from the early days after the launch of their first location. I appreciate that the Management team carefully selects members to be a great culture fit. The environment is modern, always clean, great to host clients and always friendly. Additionally, I appreciate the fun community events and supportive connections I've made while being a member. Suite Genius is without a doubt, Vancouver's Top co-working space and I highly recommend their spaces to work and hosting events.
Hervana is one of the most amazing co-working spaces I have ever been to. It is in a great location and the vibe is perfect for you female girl bosses out there hustling away. Everyone is super friendly and supportive. I always left feeling inspired and connected. They also host lots of cool information events so be sure to go to a few, you'll learn heaps.
We have been with iQ for almost three years and have been very impressed with the onsite staff, the space, and the all-inclusive services. The staff are always friendly and responsive to our requests. The happy hours every Thursday are also a great perk. We will definitely recommend IQ Office to anyone who is looking for office space.
My team and I have been members at Envision Coworking for six months now. Over the years we have working a many different shared work environments and without a doubt this is our favourite one. It's hard to strike the right balance of casual and professional in this city and Envision has done it. I felt at home here right away and I cannot say that for other co-working spaces in this city. The neighbourhood is great and there are plenty of restaurants and microbrews around when you need to get out for a walk. The staff is accommodating and super helpful with any needs we have had. I look forward to growing my business here.
Compared to other co-working spaces I've visited in the past, Pavilion has had the best environment and overall beautiful location. Would recommend for new self employed worker to check out since I for sure have enjoyed to work here. The team at the front desk are all very kind and welcoming people. I am also a huge fan of how many things around the space is black.
A tastefully designed co-working / event-space that is always fun to visit, whether it’s for a pop-up shop, public lecture, hands on workshop, or an art exhibition. In my mind, the Aviary is an essential hub for Vancouver creatives.
We recently decorated this beautiful space for an intimate elopement/styled shoot. Clarissa and Vanessa were so lovely to work with, and were very helpful with all the things we needed to make sure everything went smoothly. Definitely would recommend to others wanting a unique event space!

The location and facilities are great, but the community is what's really important.
I love The Profile. They are very professional at what they do. I have been working with many co-working spaces since the beginning of my career. This is very different. The staff is very approachable. They always try to make thing work the best for you. I will definitely suggest them for any small, medium or large business. It's working for me better than all.
