I don't recommend this agency to nobody. The employee in charge of the visits at the apartment, tried to cancel the appointments the same day (it is happen twice, the first he tried to cancel the appointment, and only because i sent him a message to confirm the appointment, otherwise i wouldn't dare to inform me). the employee of the financial/signature department, when arrived late and she said that her son was sick and that her work shift start later than the one of the appointment, she could have sent a message to inform of the delay, instead of informing only the Notary. They find excuses for every complains of the clients. Was not a good experience, at all.
They did not want to show the apartment, they immediately began to demand documents from work. They do not speak English, the impression is that they do not want to work. If you are a freelancer, you may not even try to go there.
They were very friendly and helpful from start to finish. They were great to us!
Very cordial treatment from the first moment I entered the office. You can see that the staff is very professional and they know how to manage the sale and rental of flats.
