Food was good, but overpriced. $14 for nachos? The waiter was very slow (15 minutes for bill and change), overcharged us $20 pesos (which I didn't bother to correct them) and a 15% tip was included in the bill. I would have been happy to tip that amount if he had provided good, efficient service. But he seemed annoyed when I asked him for change 10 minutes after I gave him the money.
My wife and I visited this place twice. The food was great, the drinks were refreshing and the area was awesome and the customer service was great. The lady bartending could use a smile. She wasn't rude, slow or disrespectful. She just didn't smile. Other than that, we had a great time. Highly recommend this place.
Great food, nice people, relaxed atmosphere, cool music, and COCOLOCO'S. The best part. Save yourself the long road to the hotel zone and enjoy the local side of Tulum.

My favourite beach restuarant in Tulum and for me a better beach than Playa de Carman or Cancun. They clean the seaweed by machine daily when necessary. I love the natural feel of the side vendors on the sand road located in the national park and at Poncha Villa Restuarant I have my best massage place run by Raymundo the Master Myan who does 6 Myan special treatments, speaks English, Spanish, Myan. A big shout out to Jazmin and Miriam and Lorrenzo who give the best massages for the best prices in Tullum and Playa. This is the natural place I want to spend the rest of my life at!!! Good drinks and food at the Poncha Villa restaurant, big open air palapas, reasonable price, What more can you ask for???
Mi restaurante de playa favorito en Tulum y para mí una playa mejor que Playa de Carman o Cancún. Limpian las algas a máquina diariamente cuando es necesario. Me encanta la sensación natural de los vendedores secundarios en el camino de arena ubicado en el parque nacional y en el restaurante Poncha Villa. Tengo mi mejor lugar de masajes dirigido por Raymundo, el Maestro Myan, que hace 6 tratamientos especiales Myan, habla inglés, español, myan. Un gran agradecimiento a Jazmin y Miriam y Lorrenzo que dan los mejores masajes a los mejores precios en Tullum y Playa. Este es el lugar natural en el que quiero pasar el resto de mi vida. Buenas bebidas y comida en el restaurante Poncha Villa, grandes palapas al aire libre, precio razonable, ¿Qué más se puede pedir ???
