The NICEST people in Tulum and the chillest place on the main beach! By far!
Most welcoming crew. Every member of stuff including the owners who are always around and make every person feel part of Delek family.
The coolest events, delicious food, gorgeous beach, etc.
They even have a lookout tower with impeccable views of the entire jungle and sunsets. Astonishing!
Also, their WiFi is dope and you can work from there! Definitely a work and laptop friendly beach spot.
And don't miss out on the beach library - it's just wow :)
I stayed in the master suite and it's my favorite hotel I've ever stayed in. The rooms are will thought out, with a water cooler, water bottle, umbrella, speaker system, bug spray, sun block, and even a little pool too get the sand off your feet before entering. The style is timeless and you feel as though you are staying in the Mayan jungle. It's kinda funny they have a hippie commune on the property by the beach, but as long as you don't mind a little nudity, it just adds to the experience.
Great time at Delek yesterday. I came in for my birthday and told them this and I was treated like family all day. Delicious lunch at Tatewari (the tuna burger was amazing) and very tasty cocktails. All the guys who helped me yesterday (Rafa, Ellie, Hector and Teran) couldn't have been nicer. They really made me feel right at home. I can't wait to return.
Lovely experience at the Delek, food was amazing, the tuna burger is not to miss! Rafa, Oscar and all servers and managers are extremely friendly and the service was impeccable. Live bands and sunset parties are an impressive addition!
This place is not to miss if you’re in Tulum.
My boyfriend and I stayed at Delek for 6 nights in August, Delek offered everything we wanted and more. Delek is one of the most centrally located hotels on Tulum Beach, making it incredibly easy to walk (or occasionally taxi) to the best restaurants and bars on the beach. Our room although small offered everything we needed and made us feel like we were in our own oasis, the hammock between the trees was my favorite part and it was just steps away from the beach. The onsite restaurant was reasonably priced and they have delicious food and drinks.
Delek is a beautiful hotel but what makes it so incredible was the staff. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful with everything from recommendations to making a great drink. I have to say that Martin (at the bar) single handily elevated our trip.
Although we spent much of our time away from Delek it was always a joy coming back to our room and to grab a drink from Martin.
Final thought: Room in Tulum can be very expensive and Delek provides everything the more expensive hotels do and more. Don't over pay to be "trendy" and go with a quality experience from great people.
