Very disappointing and unprofessional
Personally, I’ve been to almost all co working & meeting spaces in Toulouse city center, and we wanted to try this one. Unfortunately, it was not the best decision. We arrived around 8h30, where we had to help in putting 60 chairs in the main space, trying to look for the projector and a table. And guess what? they didn’t even have a cable to plug the projector into the laptop… The lady who was with us in the morning was nice and tried to help us. So she asked someone to go to Fnac and buy a cable, it was already 9:30 and we were already late to start our workshop.
In the morning, they were suppose to provide a light breakfast and coffee to participants, which was not the case… most of the participants had to go outside and buy something and get back as the coffee machine was out of order… we were expecting some breakfast but we had almost nothing to eat.
Nevertheless, we decided to go ahead and start our meeting with no coffee no breakfast and no cable to the projector ☺ Yes you can imagine 60 people sitting and waiting…
The roof structure of the main space is made of some metals and glass, so during the day, it started to rain and therefore, it generated a very loud noise so that we couldn’t hear the speaker presenting, therefore we had to do a break until the rain stops ☺ and of course still with no coffee…
Anyways, everyone was waiting for the lunch, as they didn’t have breakfast, however, unfortunately, Lunch was so awful. There was actually no lunch, just few little plates to taste. So we had to order some sandwiches from outside….
Everyone was hungry and complaining about the lunch and experience so far, but we had to move on… So the team had to clean the lunch area because there was no one to remove the plates… Not Surprised…
At the end of the day, despite a very bad experience and a very bad customer support, our team made sure to clean the main room, re arranged the chairs and leave the meeting space the same way we got it in the morning... however, While leaving, one lady from Lab'Oïkos who just showed up suddenly at the end of the day, came and asked us to clean 5 coffee cups, which were on the table. They didn’t even apologies for the terrible experience we had, but also warned us that we had to pay 300 euros if we don’t wash the 5 cups…of course, we didn’t obviously.
Definitely we are not going back and i don’t recommend anyone to go there specially big groups who are looking for well organised meeting and professional people to deal with.

We were there for an exchange seminar over two half-days. The place, very atypical, promotes a good atmosphere and is conducive to sharing. A very good choice
