I’m extremely impressed with my experience here on every level. Had a few consulting clients fly in from the US and was able to book a boardroom for 4 hours on short notice at a great price. The co-founder Edward was working the desk, helped me personally, and truly one of the nicest guys I’ve ever met in my life. I accomplished more in 4 hours here than I would in a week in my home office. I wouldn’t even consider another co-working space in Toronto at this point - Amazing - deserves 6 stars - will be back for sure! Do yourself a favour and check this place out of looking for a great location that is conductive to creative productivity.
I've had nothing but positive experiences working at the East Room and would recommend it to anyone searching for a fantastic co-working space. The staff are friendly and helpful and the space is bright and clean. Every time I set foot in the East Room, I feel motivated and ready to work. And depending on the type of work I am doing, there is always the right space available- the East Room contains quiet work spaces, telephone rooms, meeting rooms (including certified zoom rooms for virtual meetings!), vibrant/more colourful spaces, etc. It has been a consistently positive experience.
Update: they've added a second floor last month which represents a major upgrade to the lounge space to bring it on par or exceed their other locations. I really like the new look and feel now and this upgrade completely addresses the only shortcoming from before
Co-working space that is mostly optimized around private offices. Different feel from their king west space (building feels more like the distillery district vibe). Took a bit of time to get used to it but seems pretty reasonable and staff are friendly.
Big spacious floor with meditation areas, kitchen, reception and pet-friendly atmosphere. It has a lot of public seating and the interior design is well done.
A great workspace in the St. Lawrence Market / Downtown Eastside area of Toronto. The FleDay area is in their music room, which is nicely separated from the rest of the restaurant. Internet is fast and reliable with an access point dedicated for the room. Coffee is above average and typical to all FlexDay's, all you can drink. A great space, a great value.
Quiet co-working space within the restaurant East Thirty-Six with all you can drink coffee. The restaurant space is bright with good WiFi and kind servers. The space is quiet at first but the restaurant is operational from lunch onward and can some noise may begin later in the day, though nothing a good pair of headphones can't handle.
What an amazing space! The community is great and so friendly. It's in a nice, quiet are and a short streetcar ride to the downtown core. The view from the rooftop patio is so cool. There's always the best events here too.
Great space for co-working. The seating area is bright and airy. Music gently plays in the background but is easily drowned out with headphones and is quiet enough to take calls over. Internet is provided by Rogers and is acceptably fast. Staff are very pleasant. Coffee, drip, is good and all-you-can-drink. A great spot to get work done in the east end of the city.
Love this spot. Right in the film district! Great work spaces near to everything you need. A little hard to get there by transit. But lots of parking around.
