AVOID THIS BRANCH AT ALL COST! Extra fees for "Postage and Franking" has been automatically added to my account for about 6 months now each at $22.60. I have clearly noted in my email at the beginning of my contract that I DO NOT want this service. I have talked to them multiple times during past 4-5 months and every time I have been assured that this is going to be resolved and payments will be credited to my account, but never happened. They hung up on me a few times when I raised the issue, and 30-40 minute waits on the calls. When they send a credit note (happened about two times), it does not show up on your next invoice, nor it goes back to your credit card. This is clearly theft and they take to accountability for this. The customer services is non responsive and cannot resolve this issue! Very unprofessional, this place should be investigated and closed! Its almost like a professional scam!
We used this office space occasionally and due to the great location and service, decided to sign a 1 year lease. The location is easily accessible by transit and in a well-known part of the city. The staff here are friendly and very helpful!
Incredibly poor service. I've never encountered customer disservice like this. Follow-up was nonexistent and they would forget their own cases. We have been a customer from 2008-2016 and we'll be terminating our contract for constant disservice from Jan 2015 until June 2016 (16 months). They honestly don't seem to care that we were a customer either. We emailed Mark Dixon and he referred us to a customer service rep in Texas that kept forgetting our case, held less authority than the manager in Toronto, and would not call us back. Their accounting is also so broken that any refund that takes place happens separately and incompletely. I've been waiting over a 2 months for a payment be returned to my card.
Ever since Clara Nigh left and they made budget cuts, their customer service fell apart.

Hosting a cyber criminal organization like ItsCanadaTime doesn't give you a great advertisement. try to be smarter in your rental arrangements you risk big with them yes this address is specialized in virtual spaces with tel numbers etc etc this explains the fictitious address of ITSCANADATIME which displays this virtual space as its main office - which is wrong. ATTENTION ITSCANADATIME HAS TURNED INTO CANADA VISA SERVICES BE CAREFUL THESE ARE THE SAME LOW-FLOOR SCAMS
