Staff are helpful but the standard of accommodation is very misleading. The pictures in the website portray a large room that is capable of housing 5 people. Realistically the room could only house 3. The standard of decor can only be described as 70s.Additionally, Upon arrival whilst collecting the keys, I was informed that I had to pay a deposit of 350 euros even though I had paid the accommodation in full. There was nothing mentioned about this in the booking and I was also told that it would take a month for the held funds to be given back to me. On a positive note the location of the appartmemt was extremely close to the ski lifts.
Very unpleasant experience. Instructions are barked at you. Tried to ask some reasonable questions and was met with hostility for ‘interrupting’.
We usually rent an apartment through this agency for our holidays in Tignes, the apartments are still very good, the manager has changed and it is not displeasing us !! The news is very smiling and kind !! Feel free to go through this agency to book your holiday.
Very nice home. The staff is nice and attentive to the guests. I recommend without hesitation.
An unsatisfactory home. The staff were unfriendly, we felt we were bothering from the start. The studio leaves something to be desired but remains acceptable. It was barely clean and when we call to inform them of a breakdown, they are not serious and do not show any professionalism. Finally, the manager, who we hoped would stand out, recognizes no fault and returns the situation. In short, if you plan a stay in Tignes, avoid this agency.
