It’s been a pleasure working remotely at this co-office space. It’s exactly what I was looking for and has met all my business needs. Not only is the office area beautiful, well kept and quiet, but the staff is great, welcoming and operates on a highly professional level. Very cost effective and the location is great.

This was the perfect venue to host a fun-filled holiday get together among girlfriends. I love that the venue is centrally located with tons of parking and WIFI compatibilies. The Downs Exchange’s warm, professional & functional décor provided the perfect ambiance for this this memorable event and not to mention that I was able to reduce my set up time in half. All small business owners know and appreciate that Saving time = saving money!!!
