I am truly Amazed with this office space the building is beautiful! I have been here for about 3 weeks now have not had one bad experience. The front office staff are truly super sweet, they always greet you with a big smile and of course a good morning! ( I think their names are Ashley And Yaremis) they always ask if there is anything they can do to make my experience here more conformable. When I was having Printing issues Ashley was quick to reach out to there IT and find a solution.I highly recommend this office space. thank you Regus! for the amazing office and staff you have supplied your tenants with.
I am truly confused as to the negative reviews. I am been here for a couple of years and have not had a bad experience. I highly recommend this office space. Quite comfortable and convenient. The staff has always bent over backwards to accommodate any request I have had. They have answered all questions as I was moving in. I have not had problems with the printer, scanner, or phones. And, lastly, as a tenant here for the last couple years I do not recognize any of these "tenant" names.
Absolutely love working here! The work space is stylish, accommodating and comfortable. The staff: (Ashley, Yarimis and Chris) are friendly and professional. They genuinely care about their clients are willing to help on the spot whenever need be!
Terrible experience here at the Regus location in Westshore. First day here the staff doesn't tend to show you around on anything; printer, meeting rooms, trash area. You're left in the dust after you sign your lease agreement. They sold us on the copy/printing, and I had to ask how to connect to printer, and the staff member, Ashley sent me over directions on how to connect the driver. After I told her it didn't work, she sent me the phone number for their printer company to talk to.. So after being on the phone with the printer company for over an hour, they realized it wasn't my computer, it was that Regus put a restricted code that isn't allowing new users. I told Ashley, she contacted their IT, and I have to consistently ask for updates as she doesn't know how to follow-up well. She said it's 72 hours until she gets a response from their IT...
In our lease we were told that there was a free small conference room, and that room is non-existent. She said it was a first come first serve room that needed to be book the day of the meeting, when that day came I asked her how to book and she said they sold the "conference room" space and there isn't a free one anymore to be provided.
CAVEAT EMPTOR! RUN!!! Staff is brand new.... And do not tend to your needs nor care once you're in the lease.
Chris was our leasing agent, and he is no where responsive or no where to be found once the ink was dry and we signed our lease. I saw him once in the office and didn't bother to look at me after I reached out to him on e-mail for a question..
GO ANYWHERE BUT HERE!
Very disappointed that I'm having a hard time reserving a day office when I was promised that there would be six offices vacant at any given time for my convenience very difficult to look professional when you're having the customer wait to figure out what office you can bring their business to. I booked an office turns out they didn't have any and had to reroute the customer n technician to another office and then the receptionist tells me there's nothing available there either. I run a 5-star business and I could see my numbers dropping very quickly. Very very disappointed that it is not as convenient as implied. It finally got resolved 30 minutes before the customer was to arrive way too close for me major heart attack not happy. I believe I will have to shop around for a better program
