RECKLESS BILLING and DISORGANIZED MANAGEMENT!!! This location has been a nightmare for our business. Processing simple paperwork takes FOREVER...All request require never ending phone follow-up from the customer. They will lie and tell you that they have processed paperwork, when they haven’t!?!? When you are running a business, you don’t have the time to ensure that Regus employees are doing their job.
We were so fed up with all of the confusion from this Flectcher Ave. location, so we relocated our Virtual Office to another location. Three months later, they are STILL CHARGING OUR ACCOUNT even though we no longer have an account at this location!?!? Now I’m utilizing valuable company time to sort this MESS.... What an inconvenience....
This is a great way to upgrade from working from home, $100 and you get a professional space to work from, great team and David Ferguson (head quarters) really helped me out
I had to deal with billing issues my entire time there. Kitchen fees. Auto charges to my credit card. I still can't get anyone to answer my emails. I will update this review when somebody fixes my problem. There used to be a really good person working there, but she left and now the place is soup sandwich.
Update October 12th: I now have another $50+ charge on my account. I haven't even been at this Regus for 2 weeks and still getting charged.
I have now sent an email to their corporate headquarters complaining about the issue.
Friendly staff
Management works hard to resolve issues and support staff is friendly and accommodating. Building is well maintained.
