We stayed in the hotel for 8 nights. For the first half we were in the room without balcony. I expected it to be a smaller one but it was actually very nice. We even had a desk to work on, which was great!
Then, we moved to the Executive Suit, which is really great! Clean and very well furnished, plus the chairs are very comfortable. And you definitely have lots of space.
Initially, we had some comments and things we didn't like too much but the manager reacted very quickly and made sure we have the best possible experience (and he did a great job).
The personal is also very friendly and positive!
Overall, we had a great time there!
Would love to come back!
Such an enjoyable stay in this premium feeling hotel during the covid summer.
Great, helpful and friendly staff.
Helpfully organised our airport transfers, plus they have their own cars.
Rooms were spacious and very clean.
Only a few minutes walk from the beach and the main strip.
Breakfast had a wide variety, was Covid safe and loved the espresso machine.
Only negative was that the pools weren’t heated as advertised.
Although it's "only" a four-star declared, this place merit to be remarked for its professional hositality and customer care. Perfect for family vacations. All very clean, good location, fresh food, 5 min walk to the sandy beach. Recommended.
