Drove by it and looks amazing. But what is with the SAP/ HANA branding , how is that related ? And when will it reopen ?
Very nice place. The rental rates are pretty expensive but it is Newport. The great part is they don't have monthly fees, so you pay by the hour and that gives you a lot of flexibility. Great views and Blue Bottle Coffee makes it all worthwhile.
I have used the open space a few times. It is really nice. There are various seating options to accommodate different types of working mode. My favorite is the seats on the patio. It has the whole harbor view right in front of you!
Friendly approachable staff. Open seating area has a relaxed atmosphere with an attractive internal fit out and views overlooking the water. Flexible seating/room options at reasonable rates and conveniently adjoins Blue Bottle for some of the best coffee in town. No doubt will be back on the regular during my travels.
My new favorite "office" co-working space. Absolutely stunning environment with great conference rooms. The open space and private rooms are booked hourly with no monthly commitment. I'm a bit biased since I walk here from home, but super happy with the people and location. It's connected to Blue Bottle coffee so I may up spending more than I planned. :)
