I trialed the facilities over the last couple of weeks preceding Christmas. They seemed vacant (due to the Covid restrictions at the time and the festive season approaching), I was told it's a rather vibrant place otherwise. The trial included access to all the facilities (quiet shared spaces, meeting rooms, lounges, a room with table tennis & foosball, massage corner, etc); all were immaculate. The staff is friendly and attentive to your needs. Desks and chairs are decent, Internet connection is blazing fast. Meeting rooms have writeable walls, pretty cool. I'd imagine Campus X has a nice start-up vibe to it when its residents are around. I'd certainly consider it as my base if I decided to venture out with my ideas.
