Honestly not the most clean, accessible, nor quiet place to enter or be at. But the people who do reside here are friendly and helpful. The public toilets aren't the most clean/nice-smelling either. And with the constant construction, drilling noises going on inside the working space and outside of it - it's not the most comfortable place to be at. Have came here a few times because that's where the main office of a company I work with resides at. And I love the people there so these are the downsides and upsides to it. There are many other types of companies that reside here too. Like music, farming, construction, furniture making and even filmmaking.
