Best Coworking spot in Sarasota. I had the pleasure of coworking out of the space for a few months and the people were great. The space was awesome as well, centered in downtown. Easy walk anywhere. They really showed me a completely different side to Sarasota. The HuB is the best thing going in that town.
Great location immediately upon crossing the bridge to Siesta Key. 2 great pools, community grills, workout room, one of the best private beach accesses, within walking distance of convenience stores, rental companies, restaurants and night life.
Before we created the HIVE, I worked alone in my garage office and had no connection with the local community. Our new space at Pan American Professional Center in North Port, together with the skills-sets that our growing membership represents, make me feel like we could accomplish anything. If we were all full-time employees I think we would be creating something new daily. More importantly, my wife is happy to have me leave the house a few times a week. It is a win for everyone!
I go here regularly to see one of their business tenants.
Though tucked away, once you locate it, it's a breeze to get to and has numerous restaurants and services in close proximity.
There is ample parking, and a friendly receptionist to greet you inside.
If you have to wait for someone, there's a lovely main waiting area with comfy armchairs, wifi, a bulletin board, large screen tv and pub tables/chairs, as well as free refreshments (lemon water, coffee, teas, treats).
Not only that, but they have an art showcase (changes quarterly) on the walls around the entire 1st floor, and I've seen fliers for frequent (tenant) gatherings/ parties. Has a real 'community' vibe.
As for their business services, I've not used any but have thought that if I lived nearby and had a small biz, I'd surely consider them.
Matt Fenske from SVN Commercial did a remarkable job as our realtor. Matt Fenske helped us focus in on what we were ultimately going to rent. He was extremely patient with us and very knowledgeable on the local market.
These are the best apartments I’ve ever seen. Plenty of detail and the design is beautiful. The amenities make it look like living at a resort. Sarah was incredibly kind and helpful throughout all my conversations with her. I’ve never met a leasing representative who is so pleasant and responsive.
I love this space. I live downtown, so I enjoy that I can walk to the office and easily grab lunch with friends during the day. As someone who has a relatively isolating job, working at the lab has helped me meet cool people and have a more active social life.
We stayed in #104 and enjoyed our stay. The unit was so nice and clean; Was fully stocked with everything we needed. We looked at other places for next year but found Siesta Beach House to be comparable in prices on the beach side; however, most of the units are not ocean view but a short walk to the beach. Thank you for a wonderful vacation.
