A LOT OF EYE WITH THEM! I have contracted a direct debit service of 42 euros and I always receive receipts for additional services such as parcel collection or forwarding that I have not contracted. Every month they charge me 75 euros. I have already claimed them on several occasions and they continue to overcharge. They say they are very sorry and that it is an automated system error but they charge it again the following month.
In the end I have opted for the return of badly collected receipts ... AH !!! Of course, it does not take even 24 hours to send you an email saying that the bank has returned the amount. MEN OF REGUS, it has not been my bank, it has been me and I will continue doing it until they collect the contracted amount, which by the way, on the day of their hiring they gave me another price and then you tell me that the commercial may no longer work there.
I am seriously considering denouncing them for appropriating money that is not theirs. It is not a mistake. This is already bad faith. And I realized for a day that I started to review invoices and it was there when I discovered that 3 or 4 months had turned over those receipts.
With all that, I have returned to turn the month of June the 70 euros peak.
