The worst hotel that managed under Horison management. I think it's not worth at all to spend any minute or money here. Imagine that I've book the room long time ago but when I came the room is not prepared yet and after I wait till 4pm and get mad they have me a room that not clean at all (waters everywhere and all still dirty. Oh yeah I have the video as evidence). And the way that the management handle objection is so arrogant. Even the GM is not have a good attitude or personality. Really can't wait to see the hotel close.

It was amazing experience, my sister and I loved being at the hotel. Great and Friendly staff, always attend to our needs and were informative. I also loved seeing staff greet customers with a smile and warmth. The location of the hotel was great, central to most things including supermarket and the beach only blocks away. The room we got was an upgrade with a reasonable view of the city and the beach. We ate at the restaurant daily, good variety of meals to choose from. The swimming pool was good, bit small but overall good. I happened to celebrate my birthday while in Bali, the hotel organised a surprise birthday cake for me. It was unbelievable and one that I'll also remember. Overall, excellent experience, definitely looking forward to returning back again.
Stayed at the hotel 4 years ago and it was great, now it seems to be forgotten, like no maintenance works have been done during this time. We left a small amount of money on the table and after coming back there was no money, we complained at the reception and the answer was “the housekeeping staff thought it was tip”, really? They should never ever take anything from the guests otherwise clearly stated. I would not recommend the hotel to my friends, if you can stay at the Haven (just next to horison) it’s a million times better!!!!
