For the price you pay you get good value. Location is central. Rooms have a simple but tasteful interior, staff is nice and helpful, Netflix / cable tv big plus, laundry service is useful, communal kitchen handy if you do not like to wonder around and about and like to prepare your own meals.

Reasonable price, walk distance to central seminyak and easy to get food at night. Place is cozy and room is well decorated.
This place has lots of potential, as the location is brilliant. However, things like frequent power cuts, dirty toilets, and lack of manger give an over all bad experience.
Cheap hostel type facilities, but the room is really large and clean.
The pool and rooftop is okay, the pillow is really nice, the (single) person on duty is quite capable. The free flow coffe/tea pot is quite nice, there is a stove and even a barbeque if you want cook your own meal.
There is parking space just enough for two cars.
Best of all, the location is just a short walk away from seminyak central, 10 minutes walk to la favela.
