Very beautiful and well maintained premises. One of the best cut hotel rooms we have ever been in. Massages and pedicure were excellent. Swimming pool and beach were perfect. Service unfortunately rather comparable to a 2 stars hotel: Rooms were cleaned only every other day, Kiosk personal was often not available, the restaurant staff seemed to be widely demotivated, and was partially snippy - I guess there is a severe lack of service training. The restaurant food (we tried the BBQ place) was pretty average. For room service one is asked to pay extra. Additionally, there seem to be technical problems: at 4:40am our room rebooted; the TVs went on with full volume, the room safe initialized and needed to be opened by a security officer. Overall, we enjoyed the stay, though.

We’ve stayed in the Steigenberger Grand Hotel for a couple of times and will always come back. The staff gave us a warm welcome at the entrance and made us feel comfortable for the whole stay. I love the unique maritim style interior. The rooms we had were comfortable, spacious, really clean and we were able to see the sea and a lot of beautiful sunrises. For breakfast you have a lot of variety of delicious fresh meals and drinks. After long beach walks we used the spa with a big heated outside and inside pool and a sauna area every day. In the bar area you will find everything you need to have a fun and relaxing evening. The staff members did an outstanding attentively job. I am absolutely keen and was more then relaxed and happy after our stays. I absolutely recommend you to experience this unique feeling that will be offered to you in the “Steigenberger Grand Hotel”.

Primavera pasta! That is a vegetarian dish, which was invented in the 1970's by the north ameraricans ! When the chef nor the F&B team, is unable 2 use the good old "www" In order to check there fact's! They're not even worth, a bloody quater of a star! The Bar menu however is the BOMB !
