The team here is really fantastic (as of 9/2020 when I write this). The location is desirable. But WeWork corporate is very inflexible company that isn't supporting its members through the pandemic, and causing hardship where it has the power to come to mutually beneficial agreements. Do not recommend. If I were to do it over I would go with Industrious.
Awful experience. Was set to move in April 1, but was not able to due to Covid restrictions. Had been assured my lease was flexible and would allow me to move locations if needed. Have been trying for over two months to make changes and the ONLY people who I can reach are the billing people. They over billed me and not so much as an apology. They couldn't even fix the issue, suggested I stop payment through my bank. Nobody will assist me with moving. I can't speak lowly enough about how they've handled this. Worst vendor experience I've had in a very, very long time. I used to love WeWork. Can't wait to be done with them and never use them again at this point.
horrible search engine. search something. page shows search results which looks more like ads. also no ability to link to images unless i click a search link to the next page. also doesnt even give me the info i searched for.
ex: searched austin area codes and area codes austin.
results: austin zip codes
Finding the location is a pain. Through the mall or lobby but never marked.
Once inside the space, it’s great and lots of amenities including a beautiful roof deck of downtown and the lake.
Close location to Bellevue Square
