Cool experience. Large variety of seating. Took me some time to find my favorite spot. The area where you can plug into their large monitors is amazing if you're a coder. You can order food and drinks right from their app and they will serve it to you at your seat. No need to interact with a human! Only critique is that the mens restroom can use a bit of a renovation and perhaps an additional toilet. Work makes people drink coffee and coffee makes people use the restroom.

I just wanted to get a cup of coffee and do some work for a couple hours--like I'm able to do at any other cafe in SF. I get that this is a "co-working" cafe, but why is everything is SO UNCLEAR AND CONFUSING?!
I order my coffee and look for a place to sit. There's a gate and an iPad with some vague instructions to put in your phone number. I follow the steps, and enter my info (including my credit card), all while still completely confused by how this entire setup/model even works. I'm taken to a landing page where I need to enter a seat number. I walk past the gate, type in a number, and sit down.
Next thing I get an email saying that I've been charge $15!! First off, if you're gonna charge me, make that abundantly clear with a check out button--just like every single purchase made on the internet. Second, if I buy a coffee from your cafe, I expect to be able to sit and do at least some work at no added cost.
I'm completely fine with paying to do work in a clean space with lots of amenities. That said, make your business model clear to your customers! When I walk in, I'm going to treat your cafe like any other in SF; I'm going to order a coffee and look for a place to sit. If your cafe deviates from this norm in any way, it needs to be made crystal clear to your customers!
Average coffee ..
Outdoor seating area is beautiful ..
I can always rely on going to Workshop Cafe if I want dedicated space and time to get work done. You pay for your time there. Their iced coffee is strong which I love. Food is okay.
The tables have crumbs and some are sticky. You get your first 3 hours free here then you would have to pay for WiFi to stay. They organized it so that once you claim your spot, the indicator with a number turns green. It is so easy to forget to log out (and I’ve seen an empty table with a green light for 2 hrs I was there) So make sure you are logged out so it doesn’t charge you more than what you stayed for.
