Wow! Elegance and extreme customer service! Ashley and her staff are simply amazing! They are always there to assist and jump up to help if needed. Very hard to find these days. The building is perfection and the perks for the tenants are unheard of these days! Regus on Historic Decatur is a must see! I promise you will be very pleased! Thank you Ashley, Heidi, Greg and Addy for all you do each day and making the day that much better!
Great business place to fill all your business needs and great customer service
Prompt, clean and reasonable. Had no idea they offered so much for the money. No pressure from sales... I like that. They had exactly what I wanted and at a fair price per month.
Absolutely abysmal. The office space itself is nice, the location is great and the parking is ample.
The challenge is finding anyone with any type of customer service or communication skills. Their billing is extremely dreadful. They make lots of mistakes, and when they do, they don't just credit you back. Instead, they make you pay the entire invoice (including the mistake) and then will credit you back the following month. It doesn't sound like it's an issue until you find yourself tracking down bunches of accounting and billing mistakes.
No one at the center or regional positions can resolve any challenges or issues that come up. They refer you to the "help desk" (it's anything but helpful). No one can resolve your issue and when you ask to escalate to a manager, they tell you it'll be 24-48 hours. Then weeks go by and no manager ever calls you back.
Essentially, when I terminated my lease, the manager at the center (at the time) suggested that i sign up for a 3-month mail forward service. I thought it might be a good idea for 1 month, but she said you have to sign up for 3. So i did.
Then when i got my 3rd bill, I sent a note to cancel, because i didn't want to renew for another term. It went unanaswered and I forgot about it. Then i got another bill for the following month, so i called to cancel. Weeks went by and i got a call that said i had to cancel on line. So i logged in to cancel and the only button to click was "next" and the system inadvertently extended me for another 3 months..
SOOOOO... I called to have them reverse it - and they WONT. OMG are you kidding me? What kind of ridiculous organization is this? Then i try to escalate and can't get any help. Just a phone call from the front desk telling me that i have to pay.
There are soooo many other options for executive office space. My strong recommendation is to not use Regus. They are beyond awful.
Very nice executive suite space. Plenty of parking. There's a nice park across the street to relax at. It's a bit pricey, but not unreasonable. The staff is extremely helpful.
