Like I had mentioned to you earlier my last day at W5 will be 2/28/2021. I wanted to thank you and Jen for being great landlords and providing the perfect place to start my business. Providing a flexible space where San Antonio Creatives can hone in on their craft and actually make a living from it, is a really special thing. You guys need to know that.
I love showing up to work everyday and seeing the new improvements done. The owners Leo and Jennifer have done a tremendous job on always enhancing the building. They are wonderful people to deal with and are always on top of everything. Mr. Leo is very detail oriented and is always making sure all of us tenants are happy. I love knowing that no matter what time of the day either being at 3am or 3pm, I can call the owners for anything! They have really made my time in the building a magnificent experience and have helped my business grow with their business to business marketing model!
I love this place! The culture and diversity is so unique that it really makes the atmosphere of the building feel very warm and welcoming. Everyone who works in the building is extremely friendly with one another. Equally said, it is like one giant family all under one roof. The owner Leo and his lovely wife Jennifer are wonderful people. They put forth a lot of effort by making it a place for business to business relationships to enhance themselves, grow and thrive!
Disappointing. Rude, poor management (Leo - the owner ) and unclean bathrooms. At first glance the reclaimed building's charm is nice, but it didn't take long before the owner of the building, Leo, twice shut the door on us while we were unloading (10-15 minutes) at the double door, weather protected entrance.
I asked him if he could allow us to keep the door propped open for a few more minutes to load up the rest of our equipment... he said point blank, "No". He claimed the entrance was an emergency only exit ( it is not marked as such, and people had been coming in and out of that door all day). Besides his strange and false claim about the door being an emergency only exit, he was rude in in his use of tone and inflection.
I am utterly befuddled at this type of behavior from a local business owner. I any event, this is not a place where you will find friendly or organized management. Take your business elsewhere....or this owner of this place may push your customers away without you even knowing it.
Very aesthetically pleasing and SUPER surprising when you walk into this cozy little hipster joint
