Will be a while before I go back To the one on Saint Simons island. on 2 separate occasions food has been horrible wings over cooked They were chewy I believe that were cooked twice since I went at 3:30. 2nd time top bun Was hard as a rock fries were soggy
Not sure why I’m wasting my time posting, because after reading more than a handful of bad reviews management obviously does not make changes. I go through here occasionally, and service is constantly rude and unprofessional. Drink station is dirty, and and tables. This zaxbys particularly needs to take management classes, and customer services training through chick-fil-a and maybe then they can have a successful business.
Rude persons on phones could not get what I wanted either no pleasing customer .... Take what I gives i wanted flats
We are new locals came here for a quick dinner after work. Hours posted said open until 10pm. There were still people inside working. The girl went to take my order through the drive thru and then after taking the order just flat out said sorry we are closed and wouldn’t serve us. At 8:45pm. Will not be going back to this location.
