Good hotel from the international hotel group. Nice and clean rooms.
De luxe rooms on the top floor are smaller(!) than the standard rooms, however, they have a balcony (shared with other rooms on the top floor). Nice view on the roofs of Saint Petersburg.
Location - a bit far from the main streets - be ready to walk as nothing interesting around the hotel.
Nice breakfast (a bit expensive- 1300 Rub), buffet, good choice of standard dishes.
In general- good hotel, however, nothing special. This is why - 4 stars ;)
Very centrally located to moments and sightseing.
Hotel had excellent lobby.well appointed rooms. Courteous staff ,always willing to help.
The lounge restaurant which serves buffet breakfast was Ming blowing. They even served carier,champagne ,the works and each day it was different.
If you go to st Petersburg . Please stay there.
We didn't stay in the hotel but did go to the rooftop bar. It has a great view to the winter palace. The place was very cozy' not too busy, had nice music, and the staff was very helpful. The carpaccio was the best!
Great co-working office 5-10 minutes walk from the metro.
The co-working areas are bright and well lit, great decor to make you feel comfortable. The internet is fast and reliable, low latency for Skype calls.
The staff Denis and Nastasia are really nice and helpful and made me feel welcomed.
Oh and on top there is free tea/coffee and never ending assortment of tasty biscuits.
High end hotel. Young but VERY experienced and highly skilled staff and management. Ultra clean rooms with daily service around the clock. Top crew at the desk.
The restaurant is awesome - top personnel here too - stunning breakfast. And you must have your dinner here.
We will return to this beautiful city and definitely to this hotel.

I stayed at Radisson Sonya week on week for over 3+ months and during this time it never disappointed. On my arrival every Monday, I was greeted by my name with a smile and my room was always fantastic with a welcome pack of chocolate or savouries. My Russian was non existent at the time but the staff spoke very good english and communication was always good.
The rooms are all very well presented and felt like 'home' when away. The bathroom/ shower was also excellent with decent toiletries.
The buffet style breakfasts are fabulous and nothing was too much for the chefs if you wanted something that wasn't available. Seating was also great and tables were constantly being cleaned so there was always somewhere for guests to sit.
The location to the city centre is great with very decent amenities surrounding the hotel also.
Will return post lockdown.
Great coworking. There are "quiet" and "loud" zones, are included in the basic tariff. As well as meeting rooms for a fee. There is a kitchen with a vending machine stead (salads, sandwiches, ....). Coffee is free.

Rented this Praktik.Work for 5 days total for a small team of 2 pax. Excellent sales and community leader, Miss Nastya Matto — every step of the process was personable, without BS, and spot on. I needed abundance of natural light so she went extra mile and WhatsApp-ed me pictures of desks during daylight so I was really taken care of before making decision. Nastya went extra mile and even consulted on few other options, and maybe even othe Praktik.Work locations around St.Peterbsurg in case we would experience noise / distractions during deep work hours. Everything went well, great feedback from my team, and we really enjoyed the location.
Great center for startups. Often there are interesting events. There are dining areas and relaxation areas. Access 24 hours a day, which is sometimes very important for work. There are many cafes and coffee houses around. The business incubator is located within walking distance from the metro, but for the first time it is not easy to find. Recommend.
Stayed at this location during the world cup in 2018. Staff was very kind and helpful. The room was very clean and services provided by the hotel was exceptional. The location of this hotel is perfect, not to far by walking to the nearest metro station. And the value of rooms you cannot beat.
I have worked in different co-working places around the world, including North America and Europe and I gotta say "Praktik" beats most of them.
Friendly and cozy atmosphere! Staff is very professional and helpful.
They've got several rooms for any type of work + free printing, including color.
They also got comfortable couches where you can take a nap during the day and no one will disturb you.
There is a kitchen with a fridge and a microwave + they provide free coffee, tea, water and snacks. They also have Netflix and PS for leisure.
In addition to that there is a grocery store and pharmacy located downstairs - very convenient!
Price/quality ratio is definitely the best out there you find on the market, with flexible memberships and 24/7 access.
This is truly "from Russia with love" kind of place. Highly recommended! this place made me a happier person!
Just a well located place to stay a night or two. Don't have accessible twins, only doubles (((
UPD: Answer to the hotel. No idea, if they have twins that are accessible for wheelchairs or not. But they definitely refused to provide me with one :(
