Great coworking, seats are very comfortable and internet very fast and stable. Many sockets and very spacious and nicely decorated. Internet is about 50mb down 20 up, very consistent, low ping, perfect for video calls.
Lab174 is a synergistic working space in the heart of Rome. The structure is mainly born as Coworking, where different working realities coexist in a collaborative and stimulating way.
The space, developed on two levels, also offers the possibility of hosting temporary exhibitions, temporary showrooms and temporary stores.
Finally in the center of Rome (Prati district) a multipurpose reality where the principles of Networking find ample space!
I am a freelance and work in the audio-visual sector, I deal with post production. For me the LB174 was a great discovery. In Rome, more places would be needed to bring it closer to the standards of other European capitals.
A modern and stimulating place. The structure is very beautiful and welcoming, important not only for the pleasure of working there but also for making a good impression to the customers.
The most important thing for me was undoubtedly the network that I found inside, other specialists who worked in sectors with which I often find myself in dialogue, and with whom work and collaboration paths were opened.
The location is excellent, 5 minutes from the metro, in a beautiful and historic neighborhood like Prati.
Furthermore, the economical solutions for desk and workstation rentals are undoubtedly a huge advantage for a freelance like me who cannot afford to rent a studio or an office.
