Already had the opportunity to be a guest of the structure. My evaluation is absolutely positive. Good structure, cleanliness, tranquility and hospitality. Strategic position to reach the various tourist destinations for those interested.
Availability of 3 rooms with air conditioning and wifi.

Inexpensive, clean and central. Good bus connection. But the breakfast is very Italian. Too much plastic packaging and the coffee (capsules) is a shame for Italy. But slept well and that's the most important thing.
Clean and tidy room, helpful and friendly people .. I took my girlfriend for the first time to Rome and stayed in this B & b, we had a great time and for new years they left us in the room after cleaning a small bottle of prosecco and a box of chocolates.
Surely if I were to return to Rome I will stop by them.
