Located on the same street as Oaks Park and with amazing views of the river you can find this out of place for the neighborhood building. I can only review this place as someone who has monthly appointments there. The staff on the third floor always greet me and ask whom I'm there to see and then will call down to let them know I've arrived. They will then ask if I want coffee and they will go get it for you or you can go down the hall and make tea, coffee, etc. The suites are modern, the river and the bridge views are amazing. Plenty of parking and local dog park is located adjacent to the parking lot.
The support staff I feel like really try hard and are good but when it comes to getting information from them or the corporate office, forget about it. The number on my bank statement is disconnected, appears there are hidden fees even after I was there and fulfilled my year agreement. Received a "business discontinuation" fee. Funds were removed 1 month early for August and the fee, but I am not there and cannot get any traction so I am disputing the fee and contacting my attorney. Unless, of course, they reach out after this and explain what is going on. I was there a year and turnover at front was very high so it appears the employees don't stay long.
Update: lowered to a one star still a nightmare - still trying to charge me for rent I've been gone months and they haven't refunded me anything. Disputed and bank says Check on the way, up taking legal action if I don't get in a week.
My time at River Park Center in Sellwood has been an excellent experience! The staff goes above and beyond to create a professional environment. I appreciate the little things they do to ensure clients and myself have a positive experience.
I've had a real or virtual office at this location for more than 2 years. The view from the conference room is the most spectacular of all the Regus offices in the Portland Metro area, and the glass doors on the offices give the place a spacious, open feel. My clients love to visit me here (as long as they don't have to drive over the Sellwood Bridge, but that will be over soon). The staff is exceptionally professional and helpful and the atmosphere is congenial and relaxed but still very classy.
