I hired a road bike (Giant TCR Adv). The bike was in generally good condition except that the rear wheel bearing was so badly worn/adjusted that the wheel was fouling in the brake blocks when pedalling or cornering. This was happening as soon as I started riding it, which suggests a lack of care in the preparation of the bike. This was a potentially dangerous defect. The guy in the shop changed the wheel when I brought it back, and after that it was all OK. I recommend thoroughly checking the bike before leaving the shop.
I was able to hire a Pinnerrello Gam racing bike. A super bike. The guy was very helpful.
Will be coming back. An easy-to-use website with a good variety of quality bikes at decent prices. I chose a Giant, disc-brakes and 32-teeth cassette. Enjoyed that. Bike was in very good condition too. Staff were friendly and flexible in their approach too. Have already recommended to others.
Great service, smooth rental experience. Rented Giant road bikes which were in a good condition and well maintained. The staff was friendly, helpful and flexible; when learning that the roads we planned to ride back from Sa Calobra were closed, they offered help and showed willingness to wait for us so we can return the bikes the same day.
Great store, wide variety of bikes, each version at different specs. Staff was incredibly friendly and very helpful at getting more from routes. Shop to remember!
