Very nice place. Excellent corona virus measures in place. But it was a bit a hassle to get a baby bed (for 5 stars I expect it to be ready in the room upon arrival). Very nice and helpful staff.
I was on holiday for a weekend last week in iberostar selection playa de muro village. What a wonderfoul resort, even though in COVID times all the staff was extremely helpful. I would definitely recommend it. Special thanks to Florin who was always there for us and making sure everyone's holiday was perfect.
This summer me and my family were lucky to have our holiday in Playa de Muro Village. We were a bit scared to go on a holiday in this pandemic time, but all our worries were unnecessary. I can say we felt totally safe and everything was perfectly clean and sanitized. We really had a good time, and this thanks to the friendly staff, especially Florin, the Romanian Guest Service manager who helped us with everything. We will be back next year hopefully!
Excellent staff, Covid-19 rules and regulations adhered by everyone. Food was amazing, swimming pools child-friendly and very clean. Special mention to Marlena and Florin, they were amazing helping us find everything!
