Reviews from visitors:
I wanted to take this opportunity to state the extremely professional and caring manner exhibited by the office staff at my complex. Rylee has gone out of her way to make me feel comfortable in my new surroundings. Biana has always been able to answer my questions when needed. Amanda has always shown the professionalism worthy of her position. A great staff and much appreciated.
I want to start by saying my review is in no way a reflection of the staff that runs this particular location. The girls that run this office and work the front desk are wonderful, helpful, and pleasant. This review is based on my experience with this organization as a whole, mainly their customer support team.
I've had the absolute worst experience with the billing department of Regus. The horribleness all started when I first signed the agreement online and it's suppose to take you to a payment page. Their website errored causing the entire process to fail .
You submit a customer help desk request and it took them literally well over a week to even respond. Their website and apps are glitchy and their contracts and deposits are ambiguous.
They require you to cancel your contact on the website, what they don't tell you is that website doesn't allow you to cancel. I tried to cancel my contact and it wouldn't allow me to. I opened a help desk request and received ZERO response. I opened another help desk request and finally a week later they got back to me and tell me that I have to pay for next month even though I won't be at that location. I moved in on February 26th, I had two days to cancel and the website wouldn't let me. Now I have to pay over $800 for empty office for a month even though I just signed a 1 year agreement for another location in San Diego.
They claim to be the founders of flexible office space yet they aren't flexible in the least. I just signed a 1 year agreement with them for another location in San Diego. They're forcing me to pay for two offices in two locations because I couldn't submit a cancellation within 2 days on their terrible website. How is that flexible?
I worked in commercial property management for over 10 years, I understand contacts, deposits, and requirements to manage a commercial space. This organization however doesn't have the slightest clue how to offer even the most basic customer service to their tenants.
You're suppose to be able to manage your contract online, yet when you click on your agreement (aka lease) in the website, it is a one page document that does not list your deposit amounts, only very basic details.
My recommendation is to avoid this place at all costs. There are plenty of alternative flexible office spaces out there with much better customer support and options. I've been a member of several such organizations and this is the only organization I've ever had this many issues with.
The Regus Team are great! The office area is well maintained. It's awesome to have access to a full kitchen and coffee station. Jessica, and the team at the front are incredibly helpful, and on top of things.
This is one of the oldest Regus centers I've ever seen. It's very dated in every aspect.
The fact I do not remember ever visiting this place speaks volumnes.
