We had the worst experience with Spaces. We are a minority owned company and lost a lot of business when COVID started. We were unable to pay rent, and were trying to negotiate with Spaces, but always kept hitting a roadblock. They didn't care about the fact that we have been tenants since 2014, but didn't have any revenue to pay our rent due to COVID-19. Not only did they kick us out, they auto-renewed our lease, destroyed our belongings and put the entire amount of the lease on our credit which is affecting us from doing future business. We got treated like we were new tenants.
WARNING to all businesses affected by COVID: DO NOT RENT WITH THEM AS DO NOT CARE HOW YOUR BUSINESS WAS AFFECTED BY THE PANDEMIC.
I would not recommend this company (Spaces or Regus). They have been forwarding another company's mail to me.
Cameron is spectacular. I am very pleased with Spaces and the staff.
The worst billing experience EVER. I cancelled in order to relocate my office and I am not in a contract. I followed their guidelines to cancel and they keep billing me. This is going on month 3 and they charged my card an extra month, they have not returned my deposit, and I just got another invoice for October when I cancelled in Aug. It may be a great place, however if you want to move it's not so easy to get them to stop billing you. I would never put a debit card on file with them and at this point I would not Ever consider one of their office spaces again. This has left a bad taste for Spaces.
I highly recommend Spaces as their offices are ideal in downtown Phoenix. Magnolia and the rest of the team are very professional and address all my business needs!
