Industrious has a fabulous co-working environment for all members. They have doubled down on cleaning due to the pandemic to ensure member’s safety, everyone is very friendly and helpful, but most importantly don’t forget the multiple snacks offered and their Thirsty Thursday specials are on point!

Great coworking. Kyle is awesome to work with. I am so happy to join to this community. I have been to 3 coworking cause Philly is flooded with a bunch. The vibe is great but the best part is South Street. When I need a break I can just walk outside and stare at the line at Jim Steak to get inspired by the tourists. It reminds me that the world is pretty big and I need to stay open minded.

The view from the window is a spectacular scene of City Hall and of downtown #Philadelphia! I covered an event here for the memorial of a friend, #Photographer and a GREAT HUMAN BEING, #RIP Mr. #RobertMendelhson!

Best WeSork in Philly so far. Centric, spacious, well-lit, great view!
Not leaving 5 stars because WeWork has kind of let me down during the pandemic... They've really cut down on their amenities in all locations all year.
6 The Yard - Philadelphia Coworking Office Space

The Yard is a very welcoming co-working environment with a variety of spaces to get inspired in. They offer some great free perks such as coffee, tea from one of their tenants, drinks, and WiFi to list a few. The space really enhances collaboration but also allows for a more private work space if needed. A true highlight is the roof deck on level 5 complete with sweeping views of Philadelphia.
The staff are welcoming and will bend over backwards to ensure that all of your needs are met (within reason). For example, I needed to print something out in order to be fully prepared for a training I was in town to conduct. When I asked where the nearest kinkos was, Dan, the manager, said don't be silly, I'll print out what you need here! What a life saver.
Overall this is a great space to pop into if you need work room for a day, a week, or on a more permanent basis. Highly recommend! Thank you for your hospitality new friends.

This is a very affordable coworking space for the location. They were very thorough in following coworking policies. The managers also did the utmost to make my stay at this location as comfortable as possible. They also returned my security deposit without mishap!

This location was my first business it really held a lot of promise for me when I started here. I really like the Wii works they don’t have a doorman. I really like the piazza location in Philadelphia. I don’t prefer a high-rise wework. But when you get up here to the 19th floor it’s very nice and charming and clean.

I'm coming up on 1 year at this space, and I love it. Design-wise: I love the bright white walls and electric blue staircase. Clients are always impressed when they walk in for the first time. I feel energized every time I walk in, too. The big, open hallways and common spaces are refreshing and unique in a city full of more cramped workspaces. I've hosted 2 big parties in the event space for my company this past year, and each was a huge success. Operations-wise: Jessica and Sara are a dynamic duo of community managers that make running a business feel so "chill." They go above and beyond for not just me but for every member and guest in the entire 4 floors of space. I love them and can't say a single bad thing about them. I feel so welcome every time I'm there. I truly give them credit for helping me get my business off the ground. Thanks for a wonderful year, you two.

Indyhall is an amazing co-working space, everyone is so friendly, you can either get a membership or you can pay to work there for the day.
It's a really cool space, a cafe type vibe minus the food service(however coffee is included with you membership even if you're just there for the day.)
There is a lot of space, desks and couches to work from. On top of that everyone is always very kind, polite and respectful. IH is always full of very smart talented people, from all sorts of different local communities, who are great to have conversations with and learn from.
